Q. Is it easy to setup your service on my laptop?

A. YES, we offer 2 simple ways to setup our service on your laptop/computer/phone. The quickest way is to download our dialler application, unzip and save it to your desktop, then click on it and type in your username and password. When you wish to disconnect, simply click on it’s icon again and then press ‘Hang Up’. once you are connected to it Connect an HDMI cable to your laptop and plug into your Television set and start viewing all of the channels on Television.

Q.  Do you have an App for the iPad?

A. Our service works fine on both the iPad & iPhone, this is not an app, but is easy to set up in the VPN menu in settings on your IOS device. Nearly half of our users now use tablets to connect.

A. We do recommend a minimum of 5 Meg broadband. If you are living in rural Australia it is advisable to have at least 7 Meg.
